The Department of Foreign Languages of the Samarkand Campus of the University of Economics and Pedagogy was established in 2025. Currently, the department employs 4 Candidates of Sciences (PhD holders), associate professors, and 7 teachers.

Based on the new state educational standards, the department provides undergraduate training in the following programs:
 60230100 – Philology and Language Teaching: English,
60110900 – Foreign Language and Literature: English Language and Literature,
as well as graduate (master’s) training in the specialty
70110901 – Foreign Language and Literature (English).
