In 2020, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Agricultural Sciences entitled “Scientific Foundations of Seed Sugar Beet Cultivation under the Conditions of the Zarafshan Valley.”

He effectively applies his scientific and methodological achievements in pedagogy in the teaching process and conducts classes in accordance with modern educational requirements. So far today, G. Y. Rakhimov has published more than 70 scientific and methodological works. About the Department

In accordance with the decision of the Rector of the University of Economics and Pedagogy dated August 30, 2025, No. 1, regarding amendments to the university’s organizational structure, the “Department of Pedagogy” was established on the basis of the “Department of Pedagogy and Social-Humanitarian Sciences.”

Looking at the history of this department, its activities are linked to the 2025/2026 academic year, when the “Department of Pedagogy” was founded.

Since 2025, Turakulov Ibroxim Ravshanovich has been serving as the Head of the Department.

Main Tasks of the Department

-carrying out educational, educational-methodical, spiritual-educational, scientific, and scientific-methodical activities;
