Since 2025, she has been working in the Department of Pedagogy at the Samarkand campus of the University of Economics and Pedagogy. In 2022, she completed her master’s degree in the specialty Theory and Methodology of Education and Training (Preschool Education).

So far today, Bakhrillayeva Mokhichekhra Rakhmatillayevna is the author of 1 teaching manual and has published more than 8 scientific articles in reputable international indexed journals and local publications.
 In addition, she has published over 20 articles and theses in international and national conference.
