Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor. Since 2025, he has been working in the Department of Pedagogy at the Samarkand campus of the University of Economics and Pedagogy.

In 2024, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences on the topic: “Methodology for Improving the Educational Process in Higher Education Institutions Based on Mobile Applications.”

So far today, Narkulov Odil Oltinbekovich is the author of one methodological guide and more than 25 scientific articles published in journals indexed in reputable international databases as well as in national academic journals. In addition, he has published over 30 articles and theses in the proceedings of international and national conferences.
