Since 2024, Eshimova Feruza Kenjaboevna has been working as an Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics and Engineering Sciences of the Samarkand Campus of the Economic and Pedagogical University. Since 2023, she has been conducting a PhD dissertation on the topic "Methodology for the development of digital technological competence of future engineers using artificial intelligence models (on the example of the science of information technologies in technical systems)"  

To date, Eshimova Feruza Kenjaboyevna has published 1 textbook, 1 monograph, 1 methodological guide, more than 30 scientific theses and articles in journals indexed in the prestigious international database and local publications.
