Divisions

The following tasks are defined as the tasks of the Educational and Methodological Department:

• Improving the educational process of the branch based on advanced scientific achievements, providing branch structures with state educational standards and basic educational documents;

• Planning and organizing the educational process on the campus;

• Coordination of the educational, educational and methodological work of existing departments on the campus;

• Continuous improvement of regulatory and methodological documents for managing the educational process;

• Development of perspective plans for the development of the educational process on the campus and recommendations to the Scientific Council of the branch;

• Generalization of the advanced achievements of the existing departments and structures on the campus in educational work and their implementation in the educational process of the branch;

• Implementation of the new REGULATION on the rating system for monitoring and assessing student knowledge;

• Formation of a professional development plan for professors and teachers;

• Analysis of student attendance;

• Ensuring compliance with academic discipline by campus professors and teachers;

• Organization and analysis of current, intermediate, and final controls in all faculties and master's degrees on the campus;

• Ensuring maintenance of basic working documents in departments and deaneries;

• Preparation of documents for compiling the campus staffing table, control over the implementation of educational loads;

• Registration of documents of substitute and hourly teachers, organization and coordination of the distribution of hourly teaching funds;

• Study the activities of existing departments on campus on educational issues;

• Organize a competition for professors and teachers;

• Introduce advanced foreign experience into the educational process;

• Organize internships and provide methodological guides;

• Coordinate the activities of the academic lyceum in terms of teaching and learning;
