Since 2025, Ubaydullayev Khudoyor Bakhtiyor ugli has been working as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Economics and Engineering Sciences of the Samarkand Campus of the Economic and Pedagogical University. 

To date, Ubaydullayev Khudoyor is the author of one monograph and has published more than 10 scientific articles in journals indexed in reputable international databases as well as in national scientific publications.
